Sunshine and (hail) showers
What a fortnight it has been. The first week back at work was manic but good fun and this week was just as busy!
It was my Godson's second birthday so I had to juggle my walking days - military planning. I am finally starting to feel better and have had a few brilliant gym sessions and a few long walks. On Monday, I had to drive in to work early to meet the super cars - it was a brilliant morning trying out a Porsche and a Jaguar!

| Beautiful spring morning |

Today, I needed to go to Launceston so made the most of the situation with a nice walk at Roadford Lake. It was blowing a gale but the sun was shining, until the hale came! It was so heavy that it hurt and I ended up hiding out in a cob shelter for a while. Then, I had no other choice but to hide in the cafe. It was tough! But I've met and exceeded this week's target and hopefully am now on the way to making up the lost distance from when I was ill. Check out the photo of the storm just before it hit. You can definitely see it coming. It was lovely to be able to get out in the open two days in a row. Here's hoping we have a decent spell of fine weather!Thank you to all the people who have already sponsored me. Please keep donating at
