Pyjama walking!

So, rainy walks definitely are better!

Today was a special day. It was Arlo's christening. This meant that I did not have a clear day for a long walk so have had to squeeze in little ones as best I can. I started the day with a quick jaunt into town before getting ready to go to the church. This evening, when I got home, I immediately put my pyjamas on. After a coffee I started to feel guilty so I decided to don my waterproofs and go out for a half hour walk to add on a bit of distance. This is why rainy walks are the best: waterproofs go over pyjamas! I walked all around the housing estates in my pyjamas and nobody knew! Got the distance up to 10km which isn't bad considering I haven't been for a long walk. I arrived home with the water running off my waterproofs but feeling strangely energised.

This week has been a busy one with data gathering at work etc so I wasn't able to walk every day as I had hoped as I needed to bring books sets home to level. I have made the weekly target though so am still well on track to make it.
